About the Program:
Our 'Ultrawellness Program' is perfect for you if you have a lot of health issues, chronic symptoms, and complexities that remain unresolved for you, despite working with all kinds of healthcare practitioners and nutritionists. We love to take on complex cases and believe that our deep knowledge of how the body works, and use of precise strategy, can resolve them for good!
This is a highly personalized program where we will deep dive into your case, using targeted lab work and advanced testing for infections, hormones, deficiencies, imbalances, and anything else that may be required for your case, to help identify the root causes and resolve your health issues forever.
Most chronic ailments require an understanding of how the human body and biology work on the inside, and that is why popping any kind of pills, or following random diets DON'T WORK!
Our Process:
If you wish to work with us, the first step is to book a Pre-consultation appointment with Smriti. This is a 30-minute online session where you discuss your labwork, your case, your health objectives, your health history, and current symptoms. This session is critical for Smriti to understand the case before we take you on as a client, and also for you to understand how the program will be designed for you.
Smriti will also review your labwork in this session to understand your case in detail, so please ensure your labwork is ready for the appointment.
Fee, time, and effort for everyone can be different, depending on the case and complexity. Smriti will discuss the investment involved in this meeting, once she understands the case fully.
It is advisable to stop all medicines and supplements for 5 days before doing the labwork to get the most accurate results. Please consult your doctor before stopping any medicines. All tests to be done after 12 hours of fasting.
Terms & Conditions:
The first meeting (pre-consultation session) is with Smriti directly. The program sessions are with her partner Surbhi. However, each and every client has full access to Smriti on WhatsApp during the entire program, and she is fully involved in each case, along with Surbhi. Alternatively, you may opt to do the program directly with Smriti (charges for that would be additional).
- All our fee is non-refundable, once paid. This includes the fee for the Pre-consultation session and the program you join.
- Consultations/ Solutions/ Treatments/ Meal plans are part of the program and not part of the Pre-consultation session.
- We don't allow last-minute or same-day rescheduling of the Pre-consultation session. Rescheduling is allowed once only if requested, 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- All our appointments start on time and end on time, and hence we request you to be sharp on time for the meeting.
- If you forget your appointment or don't show up for the Pre-consultation session, there will be no rescheduling or refund of the fee possible.
- We do not send reminders for any appointments that you have with us. So we request you to kindly set an alarm/ reminder for your session so that you don't miss your session.
- If there is a change of schedule or postponement of the session from Smriti's side, you will be informed, and new appointment slot options will be shared with you, to choose from. You may request for a refund only in case you don't get slot options from our side within the next 10 days of your appointment. If you are not available for rescheduling in the next 10 days, then you can avail the session anytime in the next 2 months from your scheduled appointment date. After the 2 months, the option for availing your appointment will lapse.
- If you wish to discuss your lab work during the Pre-consultation session, pls email your reports to info@smritikochar.com, at least 24 hours before your session. There will be no follow-up Pre-consultation session provided later to discuss your labwork if you don't come prepared with the reports during the session.
- We do not work with pregnant women, or with children below the age of 5.
P.S. - Anyone starting their program with us from Jan 2024, may request this first appointment fee to be adjusted in the final program fee (so this becomes refundable once you work with us long term).
